ISO 9001:2008 is an International Standard that gives requirements for an organisations Quality Management System (QMS). The objective of ISO 9001:2008 is to provide a set of requirements that, if effectively implemented, will provide customers with the confidence that their supplier can consistently provide goods and services which will meet their needs and expectations and comply with applicable regulations.
